The Urban Series 7′ x 12′ 3-Station Unit. This unit has 3 private entrances, each has a solid surface sink top and stainless sink, running water, flushing toilet, vent fan, LED lighting, designer grey accent wall, aluminum trim, and custom valances. Features include soft grey pebbled walls with a smooth steel grey accent wall. Heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable environment at any time of the year while providing a spacious feeling like being at home. These units include hands-free flushing, hardwood floors, steps, and handrails, along with an onboard holding tanks for fresh water and waste. The waste tank will hold 400 gallons and the freshwater tank will hold 200 gallons.

Connection requirements are a dedicated 30AMP power outlet and a hard level surface for placement.
